Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): DBT Skills Group 25 weeks

This evidence based group teaches coping skills to manage stressors. The foundation is based on 4 core modules: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional dysregulation and interpersonal effectiveness.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT): Stress Reduction Coping Skills Group 12 weeks

This evidence based group uses cognitive therapy to reframe negative thought patterns while emphasizing the benefits of mindfulness as a tool to help make internal changes in stressful situations. Stress reduction strategies are taught as well as mindfulness skills.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 10 weeks

These evidence based group teaches stress management strategies to help manage anxiety by increasing awareness between the mind and body, using mindfulness techniques, such as yoga and meditation.
