Being an out of network provider means that payment is expected on the date of service and a claim will be submitted to the insurance company so that clients can be reimbursed.

If your bill is $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, the bill can be disputed. The request can be made for the provider to update the bill to match the Good Faith Estimate or a payment plan can be arranged.
